The hotel

The hotel has 25 bright and pleasant, high-standard rooms. 19 of which are double rooms. One room is adapted for disabled guests and 14 have double sofa beds. We also have two single rooms.

Our beautiful suite is spacious and features a jacuzzi and veranda.

We have three family rooms, one of which has two rooms and enough beds for six people.

The rooms are modernly decorated and include TVs, WIFI and good quality beds. Breakfast and housekeeping are included.

Housekeeping costs an additional NOK 100 per person in cabins and annexes.

Extra fee for dog in the room: NOK 100 per day.

Additional breakfasts can be ordered and are served in our café in the main building. Breakfasts cost NOK 150 per person, NOK 75 for children under 12 years of age. Packed lunch NOK 75, thermos flask NOK 50.

Our cabins

Toftemo Turiststasjon has 21 cabins: 11 large and 10 small, with room for 3-5 people. A large and modernly equipped sanitary facility is located centrally in the area, just a short walk from all the cabins.

The cabins are beautifully and idyllically located among old, proud pine trees along the Gudbrandsdalslågen River.

There are also great fishing opportunities, and traditions. Many huge fish have been caught in the Lågen River!

Housekeeping costs an additional NOK 125 per person in cabins and annexes. Fee for cleaning at departure: One room NOK 100, two room NOK 150.

The campsite - an idyllic retreat

A large area of the campsite has been adapted for those who wish to stay in their own trailer, RV or tent. We have 150 electric outlets and can offer modern facilities that include bathrooms, a laundry and kitchen facilities.

Our campsite is peacefully located along the Gudbrandsdalslågen River that offers abundant fishing opportunities. If you wish to take a walk, it is only a short distance to beautiful areas of forest with signposted hiking trails and many other exciting offers in the surrounding area; opportunities for all tastes, of course!

We always have enough space for RVs/trailers and tents, and you don’t have to book in advance!

Glamping - glamorous tent accommodation

As one of the few places in Gudbrandsdalen, Toftemo offers a glamorous camping experience; on our own island, in one of our three glamping tents.

They are all equipped with a double bed, and with two chairs and a table that can be moved out onto the terrace. Here, visitors can enjoy beautiful views of the river and surrounding mountains. The tents are well-sheltered from the E6 and the rest of the campsite, and are ideal for a romantic stay in beautiful natural surroundings.

The tents are available from mid-June to mid-August. Feel free to contact us in order check availability before or after this period.
